Long-term Teachers are supporting a Primary School in Axminster. The school seeks a Part-Time Teacher for the remainder of this term and into the New Year.

The Role

This large school is offering a part-time position starting ASAP. You will work as a Year 2 Class Teacher three days a week, with some flexibility on the days.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, be hardworking, and eager to help students thrive. You will collaborate with other Class Teachers to deliver outstanding lessons.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate and adapt lessons to meet all children's needs.
• Assess children's development and communicate effectively with your partner teacher.
• Collaborate with other KS1 Class Teachers on planning and assessment.
• Work closely with the Teaching Assistant to support SEND children.
• Build relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
