Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking KS1 & KS2 Primary Supply Teachers in Weybridge, Surrey, to deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum and support pupils to achieve strong academic progress in a well-structured environment.

The role is full-time and temporary, with daily pay of £160-£191. A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is non-negotiable and experience across KS1/KS2 is advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (non-negotiable).
  • Experience across KS1 and/or KS2 preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching to meet needs across KS1 and KS2.
  • Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development.
  • Complete marking for lessons taken on the day.

Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher (KS1 & KS2)

Location: Surrey – Weybridge

Pay Range: £160-£191 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

ANZUK Education is working with a number of primary schools in Weybridge in Surrey, seeking KS1 & KS2 Teachers to support them with short and long term cover. This position offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils to achieve strong academic progress within a well-structured and supportive environment.

This KS1 & KS2 Teacher role in Weybridge would suit experienced teachers, ECTs, or Upper and Lower Key Stage practitioners looking to develop their experience across the primary phases. Drivers preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities of KS1 & KS2 Classroom Teacher:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils across KS1 and KS2.
  • Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development.
  • Complete any marking for lessons taken on the day.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (non-negotiable).
  • Be a confident ECT or experienced teacher across KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
  • Show a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
