Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking experienced Primary Supply Teachers for flexible, day-to-day roles across Redditch primary schools. You will deliver high-quality lessons in a variety of settings with no long-term planning required, and start ASAP.

Ideal candidates hold QTS with UK primary experience, can adapt across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, maintain classroom management, build rapport quickly, and hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools.
• Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Be flexible, reliable and quick to build rapport with children and staff.
• Be proactive in classroom management and adaptable to different school policies.
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
