Connex Education Partnership is seeking a Supply Primary School Teacher to cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will deliver lessons, follow prepared plans where available, and foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
A strong focus on safeguarding, classroom management and adaptability to different school settings is essential. This role offers a competitive daily rate and weekly PAYE with opportunities for development.

Rate of pay: £750 - £900 P/W
Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield
A Primary Supply Teacher plays a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. As part of our bank staff team, you will work flexibly across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering lessons across the full primary curriculum and adapting your approach to suit different pupils, year groups and school environments. You will follow lesson plans where provided, manage positive and inclusive classrooms, support individual needs including SEN, promote positive behaviour and ensure safeguarding at all times. Strong communication, organisation, reliability and adaptability are essential, along with the ability to quickly build positive relationships and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.
