Qualifications

• Strong interest/background in Sports/PE to support pupil engagement and wellbeing.
• Ability to deliver creative, flexible and inclusive lessons for a wide range of needs.
• Patient, resilient and enthusiastic approach to supporting all learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons based on a primary curriculum adapted for KS3/4 learners.
• Support pupils in developing core skills in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
• Incorporate sport, physical activity, and movement-based learning to enhance engagement and wellbeing.
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment promoting confidence, routine and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with support staff and the wider school team to implement individual learning and behaviour plans.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
