Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- A deep understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEN students.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Planning and delivering personalised lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular updates and reports.
