The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or demonstrate a genuine passion for specialist education
  • Be confident adapting lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities
  • Have experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), communication needs, or complex learning needs
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals
  • Have high expectations for every pupil's academic, social and emotional development
  • Be patient, creative and committed to delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team
