Job summary

Axcis Education in Edgware is seeking an experienced Primary SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND school. The role focuses on pupils with PMLD and complex needs, providing hands-on support with learning, communication, emotional regulation, and personal care.

The successful candidate will be confident, patient, and capable of working with children who have significant physical and communication needs.

Primary SEND LSA – Full Time | Edgware SEND School

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist setting supporting young people with PMLD and complex needs. The successful LSA will provide consistent, hands-on support with learning, communication, emotional regulation and personal care, helping students develop their independence and engage fully in the day. We’re looking for someone who is confident, patient and experienced working with complex SEND, including pupils who may have significant physical and communication needs. Experience with personal care is essential.

Full-time | Specialist SEND setting | PMLD & Complex Needs | Experienced LSA required
