Wayman Education is seeking a proficient and competent SENCO for an exceptional one-form entry primary school based in Cambridgeshire. The school has several SEN children and requires an experienced SENCO for April 2024 (for one academic term).

About the role:

• Temporary role until the end of the academic year
• You will carry out typical Primary SENCO duties, including managing EHCPS, conducting 1:1 assessments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Must have experience with EHCP and a thorough understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Primary Curriculum.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified primary teacher, possess a SENCO qualification (or be eager to obtain one), and have extensive experience with SEN. Passion for making a difference in children's lives, excellent organizational skills, and leadership qualities are essential.
