Job summary

Term Time Teachers Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with an EHCP at a prestigious prep school. The role is full-time, term-time only, starting 2nd November, with hours 8:00am-4:15pm and location in Tonbridge.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SEN and additional learning needs, demonstrate patience and a calm, nurturing approach, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills

We are seeking a compassionate, patient and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil at a prestigious prep school in Tonbridge.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with an EHCP.
• Supporting the child's learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Working closely with the SENCO, teaching staff and parents to ensure consistent, effective support.
• Adapting approaches to meet the child's individual needs and promote confidence, independence and engagement.
