We are seeking a nurturing and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a supportive and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children with a range of needs.

• Fulltime, Mon - Fri, Long Term
• Temp to Perm
• £90 -£100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction through structured support

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or community settings)
• Is patient, calm, and flexible in their approach to challenges
