This school provides a high standard of education and focuses on primary students with Autism and Complex Needs, offering them a structured daily routine to ensure the best learning environment.

The school is seeking a determined Primary/Secondary Teacher with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be confident and adaptable, primarily working with Key Stage 1 to KS4 students, helping them meet their milestones and providing 1-to-1 support.

The ideal Primary Teacher will have:

• A QTS; ECTs are welcome to apply
• Experience working with children with SEND, including Autism and Complex Needs
• A calm, patient, and caring personality
• Good understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and adult protection guidelines
• Experience supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Excellent classroom management skills
