Drapers' Pyrgo Priory School is seeking a Vice Principal to support the Executive Principal in the day-to-day management of the school and to take a lead role in strategic direction.

The Vice Principal will deputise in the Executive Principal's absence, help shape the school's culture, aims and policies, manage staff and resources, and oversee Pupil Premium and Inclusion to drive improvement. This is a key leadership position within our high-performing primary context.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the school's culture, aims and policies, and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Take responsibility for Pupil Premium and Inclusion and oversee staff and resources.
