Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification teaching experience in primary education.
• Evidence of strategic leadership or whole-school coordination experience.
• Proven track record of leading school improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and teaching with high standards across the school.
• Coordinate curriculum development and assessment across key stages.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews and safeguarding.
• Deputise for the Principal and oversee budget, resources and SEN provision.
• Build partnerships with parents, governors and the local community.
