Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to support SEND children at a school in St Albans. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role starting immediately, with a 08:30–16:00 schedule.

The successful candidate will have experience with children in a professional setting, be caring and attentive, and willing to support SEND learners. A DBS check and UK resident status are required.

Primary Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start - St Albans

A Primary Teaching Assistant is required at a school based in St Albans to start as soon as possible. You will be supporting SEND children in a classroom-based setting.

The role:

• Full time, Mon - Fri, 08.30am to 4:00pm
• Supporting SEND children with all aspects of their care as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Engaging in and creating recreational play activities to promote independence and learning as a Primary Teaching Assistant

The ideal candidate:

• Available immediately & local to the St Albans area
• Experience working with children in a professional setting
• Upbeat, caring and attentive personality as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Willing to support SEND children as a Primary Teaching Assistant

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
