Job summary

Envision Education is partnering with a supportive school in Hounslow seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support to pupils, working closely with teachers to support learning and development.

The role requires you to observe pupil progress, share feedback with teachers, and help pupils stay engaged and complete classroom activities. A DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one is preferred; you must be able to commute

• Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally.

This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.

• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.

For this role, you will have:

Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
