Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in North Shields to join a welcoming primary school. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping children feel confident, supported and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• Confidence supporting pupils both 1:1 and within small groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children.
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities
