Job summary

Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Worcester. The role is full-time, long-term, with an ASAP start, and involves supporting pupils across the primary age range and assisting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.

You will provide 1:1 and small group intervention support, help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, proactive and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about helping children reach potential.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the primary age range.
