About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping our students succeed, providing support inside and outside the classroom. You'll work closely with our educators to ensure every student has the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
Support students one-on-one or in small groups, addressing individual learning needs
Help with classroom management to create a positive learning environment
Assist in grading, providing feedback, and handling administrative tasks
Foster inclusivity and motivate students to reach their full potential
What We're Looking For:
A passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth
Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff
Organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team
Previous experience in education (preferred but not required) or a strong interest in developing teaching skills
