Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher for full-time, long-term roles in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate learning, and uphold safeguarding policies across Key Stages 1 and/or 2.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have UK primary school experience, and demonstrate strong classroom management and communication. The role offers weekly PAYE pay, flexible placements, and support from a specialist recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stages 1 and/or 2.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to pupil development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
