Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a Primary School Teacher for flexible, full-time, long-term roles across Radstock and surrounding areas. You will plan and deliver lessons, differentiate instruction, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom while supporting pupil progress and safeguarding policies.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has UK primary experience, and demonstrates strong knowledge across Key Stages 1 and 2 with excellent communication and classroom management.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stages 1 and/or 2.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to pupil development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
