Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a Primary School Teacher for full-time, long-term roles in Potters Bar and surrounding areas. You will plan and deliver lessons, differentiate instruction, and support pupil development across the primary curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong knowledge of Key Stage 1 and/or 2 curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate learning to meet all pupils' needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback.
