Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Primary Teacher to support KS2 pupils at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Stockton. The role is on a day-to-day basis from September, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Primary Curriculum and maintaining excellent classroom management.

The successful candidate will have QTS (ECTs welcome), UK primary teaching experience, and a flexible, positive approach. PAYE payroll and dedicated consultant support are provided.

The school provides a positive and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a day-to-day basis from September, supporting classes across Key Stage 2 / KS2 as required. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum, maintain strong classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for pupils.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Excellent classroom management
• A flexible and positive approach
