TeacherActive is working with a friendly mainstream Primary School in Newcastle, seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a KS2 class from September.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain excellent classroom management, monitor pupil progress and collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of education. QTS (ECTs welcome) and KS2 UK primary experience are essential.

The school is looking to appoint a driven Primary Teacher on a long-term basis from September to teach a KS2 class. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, maintaining excellent classroom management, monitoring pupil progress and working collaboratively with colleagues to provide the highest standard of education.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within KS2 in a UK primary school
• Excellent knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
