One option we can offer suitable teachers is Teaching Personnel's Guaranteed Work Scheme (GWS).

If you like the idea of supply but are worried about not knowing how much work you'll get each week, GWS can give you that extra bit of security.

You agree the days you're available to work and, subject to the terms of the scheme, Teaching Personnel guarantees you work for those agreed days.

It gives you the flexibility of supply teaching without quite as much of the uncertainty that can sometimes come with it.
