Primary School Teacher

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary Rate: 28,000 - 43,685/annum

We're seeking a Primary Teacher to join our partnered school!

This isn't just a position; it's an invitation for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to bring their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to our team.

Join our vibrant school community as a Primary Early Career Teacher and play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. We value innovation, dedication, and a passion for teaching.

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching Scale - determined by experience

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning for students across primary grades.
  • Plan and execute innovative lesson plans that engage and inspire students.
  • Foster the individual growth of each student, ensuring they build a strong educational foundation.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS check to ensure a safe environment for all our students.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is essential.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching or education qualification - Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
