Qualifications

• Recent graduates or students with a relevant degree seeking practical school experience.
• Interest in working with children and young people and in education.
• Willingness to gain practical, school-based exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in 1:1 and small groups.
• Assist children with learning and development.
• Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs.
• Help children build confidence, communication and independence.
• Support positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Build positive relationships and help pupils feel comfortable at school.
• Work with teachers to understand individual pupil needs.
• Gain hands-on experience in a school setting.
