Primary School Music Teacher – Part Time
Are you a passionate and experienced music teacher within Primary Schools and looking for a new role starting September 2024?
Perhaps you are secondary school trained but open to teaching primary music from September?
Are you seeking a part-time music teaching role for September 2024?
A lovely, well-led, and supportive primary school in Havering, London, is seeking a music teacher to join from September 2024 on a long-term contract for 3.5 days per week.
They are open to meeting music teachers who hold QTS, have a music specialism, or are unqualified music teachers. Experience teaching music at primary level from EYFS to KS2 (Nursery to Year 6) is required.
This school welcomes ECTs for this role!
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the primary music curriculum, with experience teaching music in UK primary schools. QTS is preferred, but not essential if you have relevant experience.
You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons, covering PPA time across EYFS to Year 6, including whole-school music assemblies.
