Job summary

• Experience working with young people or in education is desirable.
• Transferable skills from youth work, coaching, care, mentoring, or support work will be considered.
• Patient, resilient and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support students with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Provide in-class support across a range of subjects.
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions.
• Encourage confidence, engagement and positive behaviour for learning.
• Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to support progress.
