Job Description

Primary School Caretaker

New Directions Education are recruiting for a hardworking and motivated individual to work as a School Caretaker, supporting local primary schools with long and short-term positions.

  • Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs throughout the school
  • Organising external contracts for major work

  • Dealing with lettings, arranging chairs and tables for meetings, and clearing away afterwards

Essential experience for the role:

  • An awareness of health, safety, security, and hygiene
  • An excellent practical knowledge
