We are searching for a highly organised, professional and dedicated office administrator to join an enthusiastic team and play a key part in supporting the day‑day operation of the school.

  • £95 per day
The role:

Being the first point of contact for the school is a huge responsibility as you’ll be creating a positive and professional impression whilst ensuring the smooth running of the school office.

  • Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors to the school
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining pupil records and school databases
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reportingAssisting with school communications, newsletters and correspondence
  • Managing school bookings, appointments and calendars

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has previous administration experience, ideally within an educational setting
  • Displays excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Possesses strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
