Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an HLTA or Primary Cover Supervisor for an Outstanding-rated primary school in Southall. The role provides PPA and general class cover across EYFS to KS2, with pre-planned lessons supplied. Start is ASAP, with interviews and trial days arranged soon.

Workdays Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:30pm, at 105 per day PAYE, with on-site parking. This teaching-support role focuses on delivering lessons and maintaining classroom routines, while the school supports

Qualifications

• Experience covering primary classes.
• Confident to follow and deliver existing lesson plans.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Able to adapt quickly between different year groups.
• Reliable and professional in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PPA and general cover across the primary school.
• Cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes as required.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons.
• Manage behaviour and maintain routines.
• Keep pupils engaged and on task.
• Ensure lessons run smoothly when the class teacher is absent.
• Collaborate with staff to support pupils.
