Bradgate Education Partnership at Gaddesby Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (27.5 hours) and Midday Supervisor (5 hours) on a fixed-term basis until 22 August 2027. The role runs Monday to Friday during term time (39 weeks per year) and offers a chance to support pupils with SEND within a collaborative school team.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, classroom experience, and literacy/numeracy skills to contribute to pupil progression.

Competenze

• Be NVQ Level 2 qualified at least (or equivalent).
• Have experience in a classroom environment.
• Have experience of supporting SEND in an educational setting.
• Have the motivation and passion for being part of a successful school team.
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Have the ability to contribute to the progression of learning.

Mansioni

• Support pupils and teachers in the classroom and during lunchtime.
• May work 1:1 with a pupil with SEND, in small groups or with whole classes.
• Assist with learning activities and behaviour routines to create a supportive environment.
