Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support primary pupils in the classroom, including those with learning difficulties.
• Work under the direction of the class teacher to assist with learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support to aid understanding and progress.
• Assist with implementing intervention programmes as part of universal provision.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
• Support safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.
• Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation.
