Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking Learning Mentors for Whitmore Park Primary School in Coventry. Responsibilities

• To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to address the needs of pupils, who need help and support to overcome barriers to learning, both inside and outside school to achieve to their full potential.
• To develop positive one to one mentoring relationships with pupils identified as needing support.
• To contribute to raising standards of attainment, improving attendance, reducing exclusions and maintaining good standards of behaviour
• To support all children to feel happy and safe in school.
