Job summary

Whitmore Park Primary School, Coventry, is seeking Learning Mentors to join our dedicated team. The role is term-time only (39 weeks) with hours 8.30am–4pm (35 hours/week) and offers the Grade 4 FTE salary of £27,274–£30,515 pro rata based on hours and weeks worked.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to address pupils' needs and support learning.
• Develop positive one-to-one mentoring relationships with pupils identified as needing support.
• Contribute to raising standards of attainment, improving attendance, reducing exclusions and maintaining good behaviour.
• Support all children to feel happy and safe in school.

Learning Mentors

• To develop positive one to one mentoring relationships with pupils identified as needing support.
• To contribute to raising standards of attainment, improving attendance, reducing exclusions and maintaining good standards of behaviour
• To support all children to feel happy and safe in school.
