Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced KS2 Primary Specialist Teaching Assistant to work in a Sheffield primary school near the M1 motorway. The role involves supporting a Year 6 student with SEN on a 1:1 basis, with the possibility of extending into Year 7.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (not essential)
• Has experience in similar 1:1 SEN support roles
• Is committed to school values and student development
• Can work from 8:15 to 3:30 daily, full-time
• Has a calm, approachable manner with strong classroom management skills
• Experience with SEN, particularly SEMH, is preferred; KS2 experience is advantageous but not essential as the focus is on SEN support
