QTS or equivalent and a solid grasp of the KS1 curriculum
You know how to plan, teach and assess engaging lessons that stick
You’re confident with behaviour management and know how to make learning fun
You’re DBS-checked (or happy to apply for one) with two references to hand
You’ve got a patient, thoughtful and reflective approach: What should the children know? What do they know now? How can you help them grow?
Delivering well-planned, engaging lessons that meet KS1 expectations
Monitoring pupil progress and adapting your teaching accordingly
Working closely with parents, colleagues and external professionals
Bringing energy and creativity into every lesson to keep learning exciting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
