Job summary

Provide Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role in the DN12 area starting September 2026. The successful candidate will likely be based in Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3-4), delivering planned lessons in the teacher's absence and providing targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification
• Has recent experience within a UK primary school
• Confident delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
• Has excellent behaviour management skills
• Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support teaching and learning across the classroom
