Primary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Cambridge

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Pay based on experience

Simply Education is seeking passionate Primary HLTAs to work in primary schools in Cambridge.

About the Role:

• Preparing classrooms, setting up resources, and aiding learning.

• Delivering lessons and small group interventions.

• Covering classes in teacher's absence.

• Planning and delivering enrichment activities.

• Assisting students needing extra attention.

• Assessing progress and liaising with teachers, parents, and carers.

• Supervising excursions and sporting events.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and IT skills.

• Knowledge of EYFS, KS1, or KS2 curriculum.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
