Job description

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Cambridge

Salary: A£23,874 - A£26,765 per annum (A£31,548-A£35,369 FTE)

Hours: 32.5 per week

The Academy is a state-of-the-art, Area Special School located in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire, opened in 2020. Recently graded as Outstanding by Ofsted in all four areas, it caters to children and young people aged 3 to 19 with complex learning needs, including autism spectrum condition and physical and sensory impairments. The school provides a balanced, individualized education tailored to each pupil's needs.

Since its opening, the Academy has established strong community links and is situated within the Northstowe Learning Community, facilitating collaboration with other schools in the Trust.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for new SEND HLTA's to join our expanding team. We are seeking candidates with experience in SEND or those interested in developing their skills in this area.
