A vibrant and high-achieving 2-form entry primary school in Central London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -About the School:

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -Key Responsibilities:
Support class teachers across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 in delivering engaging lessons
Provide targeted support to pupils, including one-to-one and small group interventions
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with additional learning needs and liaise with SEN staff where appropriate
Contribute to school life, including events, trips, and extracurricular activities

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant -Requirements:
A degree in any subject (minimum 2:1 classification is required)
A genuine interest in primary education and child development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
Previous experience working with children (in a school, club, or voluntary setting) is desirable but not essential
