Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking a Primary Early Careers Teacher to cover regular classes and support HLTA/delivery in primary schools around Stockton. Flexible patterns include part-time, full-time and ad hoc daily covers, with immediate or ASAP starts.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a primary classroom and hold Qualified Teaching Status. DBS checks and a willingness to work across EYFS/KS1/KS2 curricula are required. PAYE paid weekly, pay-to-scale and CPD access are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lessons in a primary classroom.
• Ability to manage groups and cover sessions across the day.
• DBS check up to date or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Cover classrooms, PPA time and small group work.
• Take ad hoc or longer term assignments in Stockton primary schools.
• Support newly qualified teachers and gain classroom experience.
