Job Title: Primary Early Career Teacher
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Salary: £100 - £130 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to support the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior staff.
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Requirements:

• A qualified teacher (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin their teaching journey.
• A specialism or experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• A commitment to creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
• A passion for making a difference in young learners’ lives.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
