Vision for Education is seeking to appoint excited and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for local primary supply work in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Whether you are looking for flexible supply work to fit around other commitments or a long-term/permanent role, full-time or part-time, we can help.

The role of Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) can vary from day to day. You will visit several different schools and teach different classes based on your availability and specialized teaching area in EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Most work will be planned; however, you should have your own resources available suitable for all year groups.

Vision for Education works with many schools, from maintained to academies, small village schools to large inner-city schools, with small mixed classes to 3-form entry schools. You will visit a variety of schools to match your experience, availability, and expertise.

Requirements

• Completed your teaching qualification in Primary Education
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of qualifying with QTS
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Hold a full driving license or be willing to use public transport
