Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking Primary Cover Supervisors for Skegness and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements to gain classroom experience while supporting pupils' learning.

Immediate start available in local primary schools within Greenwood Academies Trust. Ideal candidates will have experience with children, strong communication and behaviour-management skills, and an enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
• Confident and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different classrooms.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities.
• Managing classroom behaviour.
• Supporting pupils with their learning.
• Providing feedback to teaching staff.
