The Supply Register is inviting applications for Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join our Skegness network. Immediate opportunities span day-to-day supply to longer-term roles, with partnership schools including Skegness Academy and William Lovell Academy.

Qualifications

• Degree in education or relevant classroom experience is advantageous.
• Ability to supervise classrooms, manage behaviour effectively and deliver pre-set lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with pupils, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classrooms and deliver pre-set lesson plans when required.
• Support pupils to maintain engagement and positive behaviour during lessons.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment across a range of classes.
