Job summary

The Supply Register in Skegness is recruiting Primary Cover Supervisors to support Greenwood Academies Trust schools across Skegness and surrounding areas. We offer day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements with immediate start.

You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and help pupils stay engaged. Competitive daily pay of £100-£110, flexible hours, CPD, and dedicated support from your Partnership Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
• A confident and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different classrooms.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities.
• Managing classroom behaviour.
