Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking Primary Teaching Assistants for Skegness and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements across the Greenwood Academies Trust. Positions suit experienced support staff looking for September 2026 starts, with opportunities across full-time, part-time and flexible supply arrangements in local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• SEND experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
• Patient, adaptable and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• General classroom support.
• Small-group interventions.
• 1:1 support.
• Supporting pupils with SEND.
• Acting as a key adult where required.
