Job summary

Engage Partners Limited in Luton is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support primary schools on a supply basis. You can set weekly availability and choose part-time or full-time hours, helping cover planned and unplanned sickness.

Applicants must have a degree and some experience with young people. A valid enhanced DBS check is required to start, and you will need to adapt to varying classrooms and maintain positive pupil behaviour.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree.
• Some experience with young people is preferred.
• DBS check required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils and ensure completion of pre-planned work.
• Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist pupils with questions and provide feedback on lessons.
• Follow the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Collect completed work and hand to the Head of Department.
